    2. Unsatisfactory Service: If the service provided does not meet the expectations or requirements as outlined in the initial agreement or contract, and if our attempts to rectify the situation are unsuccessful, you may request a refund.

    3. Non-Compliance with Agreement: If Shree Placement Service deviates significantly from the terms outlined in the service agreement without your consent, you may be eligible for a refund.

    4. Cancellations: If you cancel the service before it has commenced, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the specific terms of the agreement and any costs incurred up to that point.

    Non-Refundable Situations

    1. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind after the service has commenced or if the service has already been rendered in full.

    2. Incomplete Information: If the service was negatively impacted due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, refunds will not be granted.

    3. Force Majeure: In cases where the service is disrupted due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), refunds will not be provided.

    4. Third-Party Issues: Issues arising from third-party actions or negligence, such as delays or changes in employer requirements, will not qualify for refunds.

    Refund Process

    1. Request Submission: To request a refund, please submit a written request within 30 days of the service issue. The request must include details such as the reason for the refund, the service agreement, and any supporting documentation.

    2. Review and Assessment: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review and assess the situation. This process may involve discussions with both the client and the candidate to ensure a fair evaluation.

    3. Decision and Notification: You will be notified of the refund decision within 14 business days of the request submission. If approved, the refund will be processed within an additional 14 business days.

    4. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
